There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about us.
We hope you find your way around our site and if you have any questions, drop us a line.
During the COVID19 Pandemic and social distancing measures we have moved online in order to continue to provide support for men across the UK.
Our mission hasn't stopped, we still want to grow our offer, so please do get in touch so we can have a conversation about moving plans forward.
Men– I am talking to you!
Walk– It’s good for you, your mental health and your physical health!
Talk– because there is more evidence to support talking over isolation!
We'd love to see more people involved in this men's mental health initiative.
Message me below if you want to get involved in any way. I’ve got a few ideas already but would love to hear some of yours!
If you’re not local but believe this is needed in your community, let me know how you get on and I would be more than happy to help.
If you are on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, click the button below to come and give us a follow!
Invite your friends, family and colleagues to our pages to help spread the importance of Men's Mental Health and to share inform Men of the amazing opportunity they have of starting a MenWalkTalk group across the UK.
If you know that men in your community, workplace or networks would benefit from a MenWalkTalk group near them.
Download a poster or flyer and put them up wherever you think is appropriate!
